The Samaya's two Seminyak properties have something for everyone, original Samaya is located on Seminyak Beach, just a few minutes from the bustling entertainment and shopping of Legian and a twenty minute transfer time from Bali's Ngurah Rai International Airport.
The other twenty two The Samaya Royal Courtyard Villas which are located across the street from the main resort and just two minutes by golf buggy from our beach side location. Each with their own full-size private swimming pool, modern, fashionable and chic interior, self contained entrance, with a golf buggy service between the two, stay at one play at two, best of both worlds, and the assurance of privacy and upscale service in all our villas is our top priority.

1 Bedroom Garden Pool Villa

All villas are elegantly appointed and situated within two hectares (4,9 acres) of tropical gardens and designed to maximize guest comfort and enhance the sense of total privacy.

2 Bedrooms Royal Courtyard Villa

The Samaya Royal Courtyard Villas are located across the street from the main resort and just two minutes by golf buggy to the beach side villa, each with their own full-size private swimming pool, modern, fashionable and chic interior, self contained entrance and the assurance of privacy.
Each of the spacious new courtyard villas vary between 300 to 600 square meters in size with a private lap pool with a minimum size of 11 meters in length and a generous greenery of outdoor garden complimented with a wooden gazebo which may double as day bed or intimate private dining area.
Special website rates are inclusive of : airport transfer, daily choice of breakfasts, Afternoon tea, free high speed internet and Wi Fi, welcome drinks and cold face towels upon arrival, Flower garland upon arrival, daily fresh fruits, butler service, complimentary daily restocked mini bar (excluded alcoholic beverages), two bottles of sparkling wine upon arrival, free shuttle service to the central of Seminyak and Legian based on vehicle availability.

Surcharge applicable for certain periods
Check in time is 14:00 hours and check out time is 12:00 noon.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
Low season periods are (April 1 - June 30, October 1 - December 20 and Jan 5 - March 31)
High season periods are (July 1 - September 30 and December 21 - January 4).
No check out allowed on period of 29 Dec - 1 January
In the event of cancellation 30 days (in low season period) and 45 days (in high season period) prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of one nights accommodation.
In the event of cancellation 14 days (in low season period) and 21 days (in high season period) prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 50% from total accommodation charge.
Full prepayment and non refunable is required by credit card or bank transfer for any booking confirm for period of December 21 - January 4)
In event of No Show as well as Early Departure, full amount of reservation will be charge
